To remember who you ARE, you must forget who you "are"
In the summer of 1999, Yanis NTousias founded the "Omada Viosi".
It is not religious in nature, nor does it resemble the New Age movement. It also avoids adherence to cosmological interpretations.
What dominates and is promoted in the meetings of the group participants is the development of the "researcher," that is, the skill of deep contemplative and meditative approach through which anything can become known. However, the central goal is the experiential knowledge of the answer to the question "who am I?"
Thus, the "Living" group is an open group of people united by their need to go beyond a superficial approach to life but through focused reflection and meditation, to experience each moment and, through that, to enjoy the Joy and Beauty that is often hidden beneath the surface of forms.
