Experiential philosophical approach

Enlightenment is the complete annihilation of the feeling that I am the doer

Through Experiential Knowledge, Yanis Ntousias promotes the approach of non-duality, i.e., the "direct path."

It essentially conveys the Spirit of non-duality, which is the common foundation of Advaita Vedanta, Zen Buddhism (formerly Chan), Taoism, inner Christianity, and Sufism.

He shares Zen's humor and subversive gaze, Rumi's poetically expressed need for Union, the spirit of the Sufi tradition, and Meister Eckhart's beautiful Christian expression of the Absolute.

His teachings incorporate his love for art as an element of everyday life, nature, and science, which stems from his background in mathematics and physics.

His pedagogical approach is characterized by an emphasis on the exploration of intellectual knowledge through reflection, i.e., philosophical deepening and direct intuitive perception through meditation.

In meetings with him (satsang), there is always a surge of insight into a new way of looking at and managing everyday life and a new, meaningful perspective.
