Types of preferences

There are two types of preferences:
the preference of desire that springs from the ego and
the "preference" whose source is the state of Awakening of Being,
that is, "His Will be done" (My Will).

Spontaneous actions, therefore, may originate from
either from the spontaneity of the ego (desire, prison)
either from the spontaneity of Consciousness.

The beginning of involvement with Awakening
It could be from an "ego-seeker."

However, the situation of abandoning mechanical reactions
that is, Awakening, the transition to the "Now,"
is beyond all desire.

Three ways to manage everyday life

The change in the mechanical management of everyday life
and dedication to the journey towards Freedom,
is initially caused by information and discipline.

information about this possibility and
the discipline of focusing the energy of Consciousness,
that is, Attention, in the search for the Real.

– Initially, the way daily life is managed is mainly
through the spontaneity of mechanicalness (wei),

complete ignorance of who I really AM.

It is the stage where I am unaware that I am unaware.

What totally dominates is the satisfaction of desires,

That is, "I like" – "I don't like," "I."

There, what I AM is carried and moved by the power

of every "devil" that controls personality.

I am unaware that I am unaware.

– Then, after learning about the Path of Change,

the Road to Freedom, after the initial excitement

and the power of charm it evokes,

the element of discipline, questioning,

of subversive thinking, the rejection of mechanical action (wu wei),

what some people refer to as "deliberate hardship."

Here there are deliberate, intentional actions that go beyond

from the limits of charm – boredom.

Their key characteristic is Awareness of "what I am doing," of Purpose.

It is the beginning of detachment from the absolute dominance of the "ego."

This discipline encourages deeper states of consciousness to be experienced.

through "sitting," that is, the passivation of personality,

where the "I" finds no ground to manifest itself and be nourished

This situation is gradually leading to the realization that

the "voice" of the Teacher, however it manifests itself,

with sounds or inspiration, which comes as a result of emptiness

and at the same time coordination with the Spirit, that which I AM.

– “Moving forward,” as the “veils” of identities are removed,

the functions of Consciousness are increasingly apparent,

of the Self, which now dominates the personality.

Views, special functions, and actions appear.

whose source is THAT, the Tao, God, that which I AM.

These actions (wei wu wei) have an element of spontaneity,

that is not a product of mechanical, translational thinking or emotion

It is the spontaneity of Consciousness.

It is the original Action of "Thy Will be done," MY Will.

It is the state of "sinlessness,"

where there is now familiarity with "flying."

Where Self-Accommodation Stabilizes.

About Self-Awareness

Many people learn about the Path of Self-Knowledge.

Of these many, some are interested in getting involved, in "walking" it, that is, in "paying" the price of the quest with the energy currency of Attention.

However, they soon realize that in order to achieve serious understanding, they need to acquire the skill of voluntary attention, that is, concentration.

For this to happen, at the beginning, on the initial "track," they isolate themselves from most sensory stimuli; they close their eyes, enter quiet spaces, go out into nature, play soft music...
All of this matters because there is a very strong belief that "it is the body," the five-sense-perceived physical organism.

After the first passages into deep states of Consciousness, the type of examination, the "track," changes.
The state of Self-Residence must now be permanent, regardless of the five-sense perceived events.
The "magnitude" of indifference, of "insensitivity," changes, expands, grows.
The requirements are different.
WHAT IS, must be present regardless of information from sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch.

Meditation, What I AM, is becoming more and more stable.

The real vacation

The mind creates scenarios; endless scenarios.

With every stimulus, whether the source is sensory, cognitive-emotional, or a combination of both, a new production of thoughts begins with the corresponding production of emotions, which are ultimately recorded as impressions and reinforce existing psychological lenses.

And this process is endless. A nonstop inner chatter, an endless internal dialogue, a continuous neurolinguistic programming recording, which "builds" reactions, "builds" behaviors, "builds" the "future."

And then comes the moment when someone asks to go on vacation, to take a break, to rest.

A real vacation, true rest and rejuvenation, is when not only the body rests, but also the mind and the "heart," the emotions.

This state, where everything relaxes, everything calms down, and the only thing that remains alert is Consciousness, is called meditation or intuitive perception.

Where everything is as it is, without infinite scenarios, without judgments; self-sufficient, complete, each radiating its own Light.

What is the goal of the Path of Self-Knowledge?

In everyday life, stimuli appear that may come from either the five senses or spring forth as cognitive-emotional memories.

These stimuli, translated through the "psychological lens" used thus far, record new commands, i.e., they reinforce or modify existing ones.

Changing one's "psychological glasses," that is, one's personality, in a specific "direction" is the path to so-called self-improvement.

On the Path of Self-Knowledge, however, the goal is not to change one's personality by accumulating new intellectual and emotional information.

The point is for you to "remember" who you ARE.

The Right Action

The Right Action (the Action of "let MY will be done") has no agenda, is not based on preferences, is not recorded commands...

It has no "love," no "interest," no "fear."

It is a manifestation of the Freedom of Who I AM,

It is spontaneity that springs from the emptiness of personality, from the intellectual-emotional "seat."

Everything is concepts

Freedom, Love, Justice, God, the Devil, "Life," "Happiness" are concepts.

"Enlightenment" is a concept.

"Samadhi" is a concept.

The "Kingdom of Heaven" is a concept.

The Mind "sees" through concepts.

Everything is concepts-“bars.”

Everything is translational “glasses.”

Everything is “thorns.”

And you use a thorn, the thorn of deeper contemplation, to remove the others.

In the end, you throw that away too.

Thus, you, the viewer, remain "naked," free, outside the prison, beyond the bars of "preferences."

Experiencing Your True Nature and the Joy that springs forth from It.

What is reality?

"Reality" can be beautiful or ugly, as defined by the recorded translation filters through which we perceive it, or it can be virtual, fake.

But what is Reality beyond the limitations of the five senses?

What is the True Reality of the mountain, the tree, the river, the deer, the planet... and what is the Reality of the One who will perceive them?

According to quantum physics, there is no such thing as what we call matter and form in general.

The ONLY thing that exists is an endless ocean of waves, an inconceivable, indivisible, all-pervading, and omnipresent energy.

The question that arises, which may lead to another way of perceiving expanded consciousness, is:

What is it that I see, hear, read...

And who am I?

The "driver" must wake up

A vehicle, a car, can be "beautiful" or "ugly," with good performance or with few or many problems.

We take care of it, keep it clean, change its tires, service it, repair it, but we do not deify it.

Nor do we deify its parts, its headlights, its seats, its rims... Nor do we deify the fuel it uses.

For some, however, this or any of these things are the main element of identity.

In reality, however, it is a means of transportation.

And if it breaks down and cannot be repaired, we replace it with another one.

The physical body is a vehicle.

We serve its biological needs, such as food, energetic interaction with other organisms, biological needs, we care for it, we clean it, we repair it, but we should not deify any of these things.

What is important, however, is the Driver.

He must experience that he is independent of the vehicle.

He must not define himself through the vehicle.

He must experience What He IS.

He must AWAKEN.

Resistance and the urge to control strengthen the "ego."

Every characteristic of the "ego-form" begins to fade and lose its power when we stop wanting to be in control or resisting whatever is happening.

Resistance and the urge to control always have the effect of strengthening it.

By trying to escape psychological pain, the problem, we actually strengthen it.

The answer, the real solution to our psychological attitude towards everyday problems, is Self-Awareness; it is Experiencing the I AM, it is Enlightenment at every moment, at every opportunity.

In this infinite openness of Awareness, there is nothing to grab onto and cling to; there is only Acceptance, completeness, and Gratitude.

There is Freedom from the bars of preferences.

Teacher - Student

Teacher: an inconceivable, indescribable Being, almost completely free of identities (an empty "bag"), who is aware of his True Nature.

A part of the radiance of Silent Knowledge that he emits is perceived by the five senses as verbal or written Teaching.

Student: an inconceivable, indescribable Being, full of identities-traps, which he usually does not perceive, just as a fish does not perceive the water in which it swims, and which do not allow him to Experience his true nature.

However, the student "senses" that there is a way out of futility, out of the Matrix, and searches, seeks the way, the Teaching for Freedom, for Happiness, for Truth, unlike non-students, who are not interested in such things.

The longing to seek Freedom from the Matrix, from the dream, represents his "prayer," which does not go unanswered.

The "Teacher comes" but not necessarily in a form perceptible to the five senses...

Ask and you shall receive.

What is Art

So-called art consists of two parts: technique and inspiration.

Many people can acquire technique.

Technique in piano, in painting, in the use of language, in welding, in gardening...

Technique is always related to form.

Inspiration, however, is a state of "heightened Consciousness," a state of "meditation," that is, a state that is not easily acquired.

It is acquired through a very special and demanding education.

A training of "emptying" and at the same time of absolute Awakening.

Any "action" that has Consciousness, the Self, as its Source is a work of art, an invaluable Gift!

And the "expressers" of these actions are also invaluable.

In front of "them," seekers experience respect and awe, in their literal form, for the heights of free Consciousness and therefore the enormous amount of emptying of identities that These Beings have achieved.

Walking the path of Self-Knowledge

Many people learn about the Path of Self-Knowledge.

Of these many, some are interested in getting involved, in "walking" it, that is, in "paying" the price of the quest with the energy currency of Attention.

However, they soon realize that in order to achieve serious understanding, they need to acquire the skill of voluntary attention, that is, concentration.

For this to happen, at the beginning, on the initial "track," they isolate themselves from most sensory stimuli; they close their eyes, enter quiet spaces, go out into nature, play soft music...

All of this is important because the belief that it is the "body," the five-sense-perceived physical organism, is very strongly ingrained.

After the first passages into deep states of Consciousness, the type of examination, the "track," changes.

However, they soon realize that in order to achieve serious understanding, they must acquire the ability of voluntary attention, that is, concentration.

The "magnitude" of indifference, of "indifference," changes, expands, grows.

The requirements are different.

THAT which IS must be present regardless of images, sounds, smells, tastes, and tactile information.

Logic and Enlightenment

Our logic, what seems logical and right to us, is based on our preferences, which are our translating and distorting lenses.

Often, when we seek Enlightenment, what we get are situations and events that show us our preferences and our dependence on them, the bars of our "prison."

At the same time, however, they are also tests.

How many "years" will I owe the same lessons?

Can I reach that level of understanding so that I feel grateful for something I don't like, that I would prefer to be different?

Have I reached that level of understanding to grasp the enormous help I am given through the events that I "don't like," because my logic tells me that they should be different, that is, according to my preference?

We usually seek to bring life "to our standards," choosing and shaping situations-prisons that are in line with our preferences, and we enter them.

But when we seek Enlightenment, we seek Freedom from imprisonment, from our preferences.

And then the Spirit, the Self, the Teacher comes and unsettles us...

What will we do when faced with these "tests"?

Will we run back to our nest, to our familiar way of managing everyday life, or will we open ourselves to the journey into the unknown, to the adventure of the new?

That is where the tests are, that is where the transition to another "class" takes place, to another step of Seeing, of understanding.

The Teacher unsettles us.

He takes us out of the safety of the familiar, out of security, out of the "prison" we don't even see, and pushes us into discomfort, into initiation, into Freedom.

Initiations are degrees of Freedom.

Freedom from preferences-barriers.

Barriers that we do not "see," just as a fish does not "see" the water in which it swims.

Ask for Enlightenment, Freedom, and the "tests," the situations that seem difficult to you, beyond the limits of the safe "known," of preference, will be given to you.

Values, priorities, and acceleration, the takeoff of Work

Every ego, every identity, has its own preferences, its own priorities.

And at some point, perhaps initially as information, but then reflecting and meditating, we realize, we understand, we see from above (as if from an airplane), what is the PURPOSE of the SELF, the reason for our existence on this track called "life."

"Mara" with his "daughters," the egos, always makes sure to change the priority.

For the student, for the seeker, it is a constant struggle, a continuous conflict, victory and defeat, until a stable "center of gravity" is established, representing the Essential Priority in every activity of the somatic-cognitive organism.

There, the Work accelerates.

At the beginning of the Path of Self-Knowledge, moments of Awakening within each event, in each situation, are sporadic, but as the Priority of the reason for Existence becomes clear and stable, they increase exponentially.

The priorities of each ego cry out, seduce, and demand.

The Priority of BEING is also constantly present and waiting to lift you up.

With your choice, you show what you want, you invoke, you "pray"....

What do you choose?

Loneliness and Solitude

The dynamic state of solitude is not the passive state of loneliness.

"Loneliness" is a passive state.

It creates insecurity.

It is the reversal of the feeling of security that comes with the familiar.

Of the safe yesterday.

The lack of "human" presence; of the herd. ("Human" based on the five senses). The one that gives "us" identities.

And to avoid "loneliness," it participates in meaningless groups, meaningless conversations, endless television viewing to "pass the time" (?).

For the seeker, for the mystic, for the saint (from the Greek word "ago"), solitude is a dynamic state.

It is the opportunity he seeks to immerse himself, to know Man, to know People, to Experience Truths, to psychically absorb Silent Knowledge.

For him, these moments are moments of Power.

Solitude is the state of a deep and rich inner life, in which the solitary person remains unaffected by the behaviors and influences of "others," conformity, the ethics of a particular time and place, or what is "socially" right and wrong.

In general, they are quite "diplomatic" and do not give others any reason to pay particular attention to them, remaining relatively unknown to "others" and enjoying the purity of their own understanding and the actions that spring from it.

On another level, however, What He Is also remains alone in the face of the bombardment and attractions of mental and emotional fluctuations, experiencing the Spirit, the Essence, of every manifested form.

However, transforming "loneliness" into solitude requires a very high level of understanding (i.e., a lot of accumulated energy, many "Now moments") and an exceptional level of discipline.

Solitude has different levels.

At the first steps, it is understood as physical isolation,

somewhere "higher" in the form of the state of Experience within the "world"

and at the highest level it is That; the Only; the One. What the seeker of Self-knowledge has always been looking for; to be freed from the infinite "identities" and become the Ocean.

It is complete...

The One.

The Being

Entering the world of the Marvelous

The term Self-Awareness requires the answer-Knowledge to the question "who AM I".

Many answers spring forth from the profound question "who am I".

Through an initial intellectual response based on memory, I identify myself with the identities that have already been formed.

Physical characteristics, profession, family, experiences, interests, etc.

Another answer is through the senses, mainly touch, through which I identify myself as "the body," the physical organism.

However, there is also an "answer" -Experience (intuitive recognition), which is different from the previous ones, mainly in terms of the "sensory organ" through which it is perceived and the sober, unclouded mind that is required, which would be characterized as a "sense" of Existence.

Through many repeated approaches to this "sense" of Being, a state of permanence in it develops, in duration.

An attitude of constant Self-presence.

The experience of the answer to "who AM I".

Self-awareness.

The necessary attitude to open the door to the world of the Wonderful!
